I'm going...I'm really going!!!!
I have three date options of leaving for my vacation Jan 2, Jan 9 and Feb 3, which one I don't know but I prefer the earliest. I can't wait anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Egypt here I come!!!! Woohoooooooooooooo...heehee . Well, Saturday was not the best day but it was eventful to say the least. I was hoping to go skating but the ice wasn't prepared eventhough it was supposed to be but thanks to the abundance of rain....it was impossible for them to surface the ice. So there I was in the cold by the lake, sitting on a bench looking at what should be the ice rink I so wanted deparately to skate on, I went with my shoes on and glided though not quite the same was all I could do to keep myself from going completely bonkers. I wasn't the only one doing that, then I called my friend Carin for a little chat, then decided to head over to the building I work in to change into my clothes to start my evening. I went to the restaurant where I seemed to be the earlies for Megan's goodbye thing...and though my food got messed up, it was still nice to be there as I also got to see an ex-co-worker, Ikuko who I hadn't seen since she left the company over two years ago. Today....I went to get an ECG done (EchoCardioGram) as I have a slight heart murmur and they check it every few years just to take pre-causion. Then I went to the bank, no luck getting what I wanted but that's ok. By that time I was famished...completely out of my mind with hunger that when I went downtown, I headed right for a huge bagel and cream cheese and gobbled it down like it was a glass of water and still I was hungry. I finished eating then went to the passport office down the street and got that all done, so my passport will be here in two weeks exactly.
Things are looking up...as I'm working on filling up my Visa next, I know two weeks before I can even send it, with my passport, but I can't help it, I've got the free time so I might as well.
All the best to you and hope things are going well, Ciao....
